The 9/80 Schedule

At D2Solar, every other Friday is a paid day off. The team works 9 hours per day Monday through Thursday so that the Fridays we do work can become 8-hour days. The final tally: 80 hours over 9 days every two weeks.

Our team also gets to enjoy monthly team building events! We take the time to head offsite with everyone to unwind and have fun!
