The role requires strong problem-solving skills and mental agility to handle a wide range of assembly tasks and challenges.

Functions:
- Responsible for the assembly of solar modules and components according to specifications.
- Follow techniques used in the process of wiring, soldering, lamination, testing or component handling.
- Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring, and harnesses, by using appropriate machines and tools.
- Align, manipulate and cut delicate materials (for example, laminates/modules).
- Replace defective or rejected materials/components as directed.
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Identify and resolve basic assembly problems and escalate more complex problems to work lead, supervisor or manager.
- Utilize logbooks, electronic forms and documents to input data as required.
- Follow both verbal instructions and procedures to complete work with minimal supervision.
- Perform other functions as may be directed by production/manufacturing management.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Attention to detail
- Strong motivation to work with a small team and help grow the company.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a 9/80 work schedule on-site
